All Original
So I hear folks here talk about sending their beloved PAM in for servicing, etc and Panerai comes back to them saying this or that needs replacing. It could be a dial, crown, whatever. However, do you think this is wise?

203. Nuff Said.
That being said, I'm not in collector's market category, so I'm inclined to not worry the small details like that. if a part needs to be replaced, so be it. It's sum of all parts that makes a Panerai. Let me put other way, replacing OEM strap with third party ones would nullify that exact definition of "100% original" meaning to anal collectors, right? |

The strap ideology you bring up is true; however, I know I always keep the original OEM. This completes the package so to speak.
