Blancpain Fifty fathoms 40mm strap change?

Hi guys, I just got a new tropical strap for my FF trilogy and have absolutely no idea how to change the strap. The pin holes are drilled all the way through and the OEM rubber strap has no space to get under to pop the pins out.

I think that the 40mm barracuda, milspec etc. have the same system. How do I take out the pins? I have a couple spare ones but just don’t want to bust anything. Any advice greatly appreciated.

My Barakuda came with this OEM tropic strap and spring bars. The spring bars are slightly bend.
The watch maker swapped the strap for a steel bracelet, which is a difficult job, you need to to fit the bracelet with friction pins and sleeves and it includes quite some hammering.
The spring bars make changing a lot easier, but I have no clue if your Trilogy FF pins can be changed with the curved spring bars. Best ask Blancpain themselves

Link to a post of fellow member sherrill who was bold enough to change from strap to bracelet himself with good pics of the process.

Thank you for posting this! Looks like I will take this in somewhere. Hammering isn’t my strength, haha.
