Replacing bezel on Submariner
I'll begin by saying that I'm new to the forum so bear with me if I ask some stupid questions. I curently own two Rolexes, a two-tone blue Submariner and a gold Yachtmaster.
My problem is that the bezel on my submariner recently popped off along with the retaining spring and was lost. I believe the model # is 16613. My question is what is the cost of replacing the bezel and the best way to have it done. I live in the New York area and I can take it to Rolex directly but they tend to be very expensive, just for standard service. I have no idea what they will charge for a new bezel. Are there other dealers that will replace the bezel more economically than Rolex? Am I at risk of using aftermarket parts and how much of a concern should this be? I appreciate any advice that can be provided. |

Did you lose the whole thing or just the flat spring and click? Well either way Rolex is the only way to go for original parts that will fit properly. If you just need the flat spring and click any Rolex parts account holder can get them but the bezel they can not. A new gold bezel will set you back close to 2 g's. Rik

That's not good Bob....I'm sorry to hear your misfortune!
As Riki said, it can be replaced, but will set you back a fair amount of coin. Don't use aftermarket if you can help it..Take it in and find out the cost of a new one and save!! Best of luck!

hi you could check with your insurance to see if you are covered for a replacement. contact the trusted sellers on here for a replacement and put an ad in the wtb section.
