Any professional HVAC folks here?

I'm having an issue with my electric heat strips not coming on and I have done a cursory check of the system, but I'm no expert.

What’s the voltage reading?

The wife just reminded me this unit has an extended warranty so I'm not touching it any further

The issue is I get no resistance heat when it is being called for.
240 volts being read at the incoming side of the contact.
I'm guessing the relay coil may be bad as the heat strips are pretty new.

Who knows though. The repairman will be here Monday.

Thanks for the responses.

Are you still suffering from the problem? Well, I think you should consult with an HVAC team that may help you with your electric heat strips. I know how it is important as it is used to heat the air and require more electricity to perform its task. Check this if you are still looking for an HVAC expert that troubleshoot your issue. I also have a complete HVAC system installed in my home, which is generally used for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning purpose.
