Thoughts on this Rolex Turn-O-Graph 6202

Hi all, I’m considering the purchase of this 6202.

The dial seems to be replaced from the Rolex Service Center in the 1960s to have this glossy T<25 dial according to the dealer.

I have attached the picture of the dial. Any thoughts in terms of investment and the conditions?

I am new to vintage Rolex and thank you for your help!

Yes haha.. loves it at first sight. I got offered for around 23k USD from a reputable vintage watch shop. Worth?

Back appears skimmed
And what does the number 18 stamped on the lug signify?

sorry I don't care to comment why, but should you have done your research, you should have come to the same conclusion.

Indication of the type of steel used if I recall correctly.

Pricing on these is hard. 23k is too much for a basically head only with service dial
