Sea Dweller hands question

Hello experts, I was wondering whether anyone knows whether Sea Dweller and submariner hands are/were in any way interchangeable.

I have a 16660 I'm trying to find hands for (tritium) and it seems there are more submariner sets from the same time period around.

Are they geometrically identical by any chance, say a 1680 set or 1665 set with a 16660?

Thanks in advance.

Not 100% sure if the hands are the same would have thought so, its the same movement but dial is very very slightly smaller in diameter on SD.
