Hello Belgian Fanatics !
Hi Steve!
22nd of november will be the date when I fly back to Belgium !!!
Would it be possible to postpone that ?
If not then I can try to attend by requesting a sooner return date at the HR dept of the company. But I will definitely say 'IN'

For me Brussels sounds fine.
I suggest a place located in a "secured" and quiet area with easy parking.

Im open to all suggestions too !

(thanks Steve for the initiative)

ps: guys, let me suggest this restaurant, been there with the girlfriend last weekend and it was really nice:

Would friday evening 29th of November be a better date guys?
only drinks ... or aperitif and dinner? (the suggested resto looks good to me, thanks Karim)

Karim, there doesn't seem to be much interest in a Belgian GTG.

Hi Geert,

Sorry for my late reaction!
I ment to react sooner, but lost track of time due to a very busy period at work.
I would love to get together, so let me know where and when and I will make sure to adapt my schedule to accommodate!

Talk to you soon!

Just saw this, would definately be interested to join! Brussels is fine, so is the 29th, would prefer something that's secure though :). Don't know how secure you guys feel at the Grand Place, don't come there very often.

I'm free from 1PM & onwards!

Just for the sake of proposing an alternative (by no means am I trying to alter the planning, Geert! ;) ) : the Loui bar at the Conrad hotel on the av. Louise is wonderful aswell!

I am free the whole day friday so..... shall we meet up in the afternoon for a coffee already? what do you think. I don't mind the bar at the Conrad Hotel. Probably a bit more relaxing too

BTW guys, I just remembered that the Carlton hotel has changed to Steigenberger. Bar has stayed the same, just some info for those attending that are unfamiliar with Brussels.

So guys, to be clear:
We'll start in the afternoon (Robby want to meet up, but has to leave us early) Around 15h at the Steigenberger Hotel (Former Carlton Hotel) at the Av. Louise in Brussels. You can imagine we'll be in the bar
