FS: Yema Superman 24.11.17 Vintage

Hi all!


Here is for sale a nice vintage Yema Superman 24.11.17 from late 1970. Watch is in good condition, for

sale is the watch only.


Case is made of stainless steel, measures 38mm. Case has lug holes, has signs of wear and seems to be

unpolished. Caseback has Yema logo and reference number 24.11.17. Movement is FE 4611, it is clean

and keeps time.


Bezel is black, bezel insert is bakelite. Bezel has a specific to Yema Superman’s bezel lock which is

attached to case by the crown stem.


Crown is correct.


Crystal has no blemishes.


Dial is blue and under the different light shines with different blue shades from light blue to dark blue.

Dial has vertical brushed texture. Watch is from late 1970s – the end of Superman production series,

because of the modern Y logo and specific hourmarkers. Dial has Superman, 990 Feet Automatic

inscriptions, Patent pending at the bottom and date window at 3 o’clock.


Handset is specific to Superman models, all the lume is still intact and glows bright under UV light,

please check Imgur gallery. A part of hour hand’s lume was restored.


Strap is unworn NOS Aqua GS tropic rubber one 20mm adjusted for 19mm Superman lug width.

Watch is in good condition and looks beautiful to it’s specific Superman design and perfectly preserved

brushed blue dial.
