16610 out of beat

put it on a timegrapher and and it's +1/day, 310 amplitude and 3.2ms out of beat. something to be concerned about?

Good amplitude. Nothing to worry about to much. Have it regulated to correct the beat error. It might need a service if the oils are drying up. You definitely don't want to run it dry or you can damage the jewels or pivots, that wouldn't be good. I would have it checked out to be safe

Took it to a watchmaker. The hairspring was bent and mounted in the stud holder at a poor angle. It's now regulated to +000 and 0.0ms.
