15202ST... no grey market premium?
Given that I was not allowed to place an order for a 15500 blue or a 15202 because I am not an established customer (I did place one for the black one tho), I figured that blue AP Royal Oaks go for a very high premium on the grey market which is definitely the case for the blue 15400s however I just noticed that a very reputable TS posted a 15202 for 35.8 only 1k over the MSRP on AP's website. Is the 15202 not as in demand as one would think?
Just surprised as 15400s are listed 7-8k above MSRP and don't get me even started on the nautilus and aquanaut premiums. Anyone able to place orders on 15202 recently without much AP boutique history? |

The 15202st is around 24600 USD list price in HK, so the watch posted is around an 11k USD premium?

15202st price is 25,300 euro so 35.8 is 10k above MSRP.

I just realized that I looked at the wrong jumbo on the AP site. I guess that one was a PM model. I stand corrected and 15202 in deed does have a high grey premium.
Would a buying a SS Royal Oak be considered enough to get on that list or not, remains to be seen in my case. Last edited by thekman; 4 April 2019 at 06:13 PM.. Reason: grammar |

Yes 202s do indeed have a premium on the grey market.

202 is like the 5711 as the leader in the grey price drive.

The best way is to ask the boutiques directly. If they say yes then it is a win, if they say no you still have 15500 which is a very nice watch. |

That seems to be the case after reading many other posts. I feel pretty lucky that they let me put that deposit so I am not gonna bug them now about it . Maybe after the delivery! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Got my 15202 few months back from the Boutique in Paris, never purchased any watch from them, never even visited them before.
Waiting time 5 to 6 months. I have been on a Daytona waiting list since 2015 it was the Stainless bezel at that time, never got any sign from them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I can really recommend the AP Boutique in Prague. Got my 15202 within 3 month although I have never bought any watch there. Was probably very lucky but it‘s worth the wait!
