Grand Seiko SBGA127 question

Hi all,

Thanks to you guys I have been knowing more about Grand Seiko and started to be quite interested in getting one, there is one model that I really like, the SBGA127 historical collection, basically it is the only one that I really would like, many others are nice but this is clearly the one for me.

I wrote an email to 2 Grand Seiko Ad's in France, asking if they could get the piece and none answered, of course since it is a LE of only 700 pieces there is a big probability that they were all sold out.

Anyone has any info on this or knows where it is possible to get an unworn piece?

I know the 085 is quite close, but it clearly doesn't have the same appeal to me as this one.

Any info or help will be appreciated, thanks in advance

Bangkok. One of the Trocadero Time dealers will v likely still have one. They have concessions in Emporium, Paragon, Chidlom and a couple of the other Central malls.

Emporium usually gives the best discount and where I got my SBGA109 from. They always have the LE's long after everyone says they're supposedly sold out. Their sales/stock turnover is glacial.

I'm going there next week, i'll have a look in at least a couple of them.

Mine was about 40% less than UK Retail price in BKK. If they have got one you won't get it cheaper than there unless you go to Japan.

Well I'll be in Phuket and close to it one month in July, I'll call the BKK shops, if they have one getting a plane is worth it rather than getting the Europe prices... Thanks
