Black Bezels

It occurred to me that I had taken a photo on the first day of semester with two different (and yet sorta the same) watches.

Outstanding!

BTW, am I the only one that prefers the old-style bezel? With the smaller font? IMHO, it just seems less… Loud… then the ceramic. I wonder if they will ever go back to those dimensions.

I actually posted the photo because I was comparing the two. I think I much prefer the 1675, it’s a shame that the 116710 has all the functionality — the 16710’s proportions are not quite right, sadly.

Love my ceramic black bezel, it is what attracted me to Rolex.

I agree with you. I think they did a better job keeping the ceramic sub true to form.

Not at all. There's beauty in imperfection. To know it's not as durable as ceramic, and will slowly fail as the wearer also does.

Too close to reality to be comfortable, that remark!

I greatly prefer the old aluminum bezel inserts and their font compared to the ceramic, I hate that font, not opposed to ceramic itself but the font is terrible. Just my opinion.

Great pair. Both amazing watches! And the second one you can anytime change to Pepsi or coke if you ever feel like it.
