After market(counterfeit?) DJ cases

As posted on the VRF, they both say Rolex which takes them from after market territory into counterfeit I presume.

Used fake cases, giving the illusion of being real with the patina and wear marks

I dont see any obvious wear through that you normally see on a plated fake case. You would probably have to do an acid test or use a spectrometer to know for sure.

Highly unlikely. They are no doubt "solid" and not plated, but the gold content is probably closer to 10K (or less). You can already see spots where it is tarnishing/oxidizing.

Interesting
Assay marking is a legal requirement ONLY done by ASSAY offices.

If these items are fraudulently assaying incorrectly it is more serious than selling fake watches

Looks like nobody is worried about it even though he is declaring that these cases are non genuine!!!!

To top it all off, his customers are happy to buy them and to add icing to the cake he has 100% ebay feedback
