A BIG THANKS TO Schroder!!!
i have gotta say this place is really amazing and the members are what makes TRF what it is today.
i have got to tell you, "Schroder" was kind enough to go out of his way and order some WG daytona dials for me and some of the members. I had some bad luck and received the package damaged with the dial missing and only the hands. i contacted thomas right away and got all forms from the post office that i needed and sent all of it to him. thomas had said he didnt insure the dial to ovoid duty tax. yikes... but after some conversation between thomas and i, he had said he could not except any more money from me for a replacment dial... i even insisted that if we could at least split the cost but he wouldnt budge. So he covered the whole cost of a whole new dial which i got this last Monday and is already with Bob ridley to be installed. I have got to say Thomas is such a great person and so nice to deal with.. he didnt have to do anything he did but that just goes to show you how many great people are around here.. i must say that i have not met many people if any that were as kind to me as thomas was. we need more people in the world like him. i'm very thankful to have him as a friend. i will post pictures of the daytona when bob sends it back! thanks again Schroder! PS: without thomas it would have been impossible for me to get this dial. or any of us for that matter. in the US no one will or can order such things from rolex. |
