Sea-dweller deepsea on Ebay.
Have anyone seen an M series Sea Dweller that has a late model box and accessories and paper certificate like this one?
I think this one smelling fishy. http://cgi.ebay.com/ROLEX-DEEPSEA-SE...item3cb3cf4148

M Series should have plastic cards and not old school boxes. That box (if real) is too old for that watch and the papers look fake. My M Sea-Weller came with a plastic card and new box. I don't know when they stopped using the box in the photos but my Explorer bought in 2004 came with papers and a box similar to what is being used today.
Then there is this statement from the seller: This watch has been DISCONTINUED by ROLEX and is Highly Collectible!!!

FAKE the case is the wrong shape with the wrong size crown, all the writing on the dial is too "chunky" as is the numbering on the bezel also if you look at the cut aways in the strap for the spring bars they should have a rounded shape not square and as already mentioned all the kit with it is wrong for this watch.
