Hello all, this is the first forum I have joined, but since i have finally reached my goal of getting a Rolex Day-Date, 18kt, I'm finally where I want to be. I have owned many watches, first being a datejust SS, to two-tone, to SS no date sub to two-tone sub, to now my favorite watch. Thanks for allowing me here.

Thanks all for the welcome, question though, is the day-date considered top of the line or is the yachtmaster II?

Welcome. I certainly consider the DD to be the top end. The YM2 is top end 2 but doesn't seem to have as many 'fans'
