How do you let your watch age?
Seems that a lot of Rolex owners take pride in the fade, or patina on their Rolex. Signs of age often seem to command more money on the secondary market. Here is my question. Do you let your Rolex age as it may, or do you try to keep it pristine as long as possible? This came to mind because I noticed the sun hitting my watches I wasn't wearing for a couple hours each day. My first thought was that I need to find a new place out of the sun to keep them, and then I though maybe this was just part of the life of the watch and not to worry. Maybe I can get a cool fade going.. Thoughts?

The same way I age myself - as you say, 'as it may!' We are getting there....

Not even worth thinking about, IMO. Just let the passage of time do its thing.
