The 15400 does have lume, not too strong though.

The lume is about the weakest part of this watch. Unless you put it directly under a light, the lume is mediocre at best. Love the watch, but the lume could be improved on.

You sure can buddy ... tripod or table, 20 or 30 seconds exposure, find an aperture you like (this one was too shallow as I didn't get the entire dial in proper focus) ... set the self timer so you don't shake the camera, that's it.

Even if the top part of the dial is not sharp, I like the atmosphere it conveys ... so I kept it. Sharpness per se does not mean much to me.

No worries, it is just the long exposure after being flashed with an LED light. It is fairly weak otherwise.
