Re-appraisal

I bought my YM for $7400 about a month ago and my AD appraised it for $8350. With the price increase, I called the AD today and they are sending out a new appraisal with the new price of $9175.

I originally submitted my receipt for $7400 for my personal article insurance. Should I submit the $9175 appraisal or do you think that won't matter since I have a replacement policy.

And has anyone else requested a new appraisal with the price increase?

If the re-appraisal and increase of insured amount won't cost you anything, then go for it. Otherwise, I would just be happy to get my money back if the Rolex is stolen/lost.

My insurance has enough room for the price increases of my two Rolex watches. And my insurance company accepts the price list as proof of what they cost.
