New find in Rolex hisory???

I have heard that a new find has been uncovered. Someone has found a "ring" with Rolex movement. I also heard that pictures were sent to Geneva to authenticate it. I haven't seen it myself but it but would Rolex do something like that?

Why would a ring have a movement?

Because it can. A modern ugly version. Many of the great makers made them a 100 or more years before Rolex existed.

And cuff links too. I know, crazy.

Tried to find a picture of an AP or VC ring watch from the mid-1900s I saw a month or so back. Gawdy as hell, but I remember being impressed by wherewithal to do it back then.

Cufflink with time telling capability? You'll really need to twist your arm even more to read the time. how awkward?

I haven't seen one. Not even in watch magazines. I have seen quite an impressive piece of ring watch selling at SGD5 though and it never needs winding.

Handy though, if you need to wear a french-cuffed shirt and your only watch is a DSSD.

Not Really ZSUB, you put your arms together, look at both times (one eye one each), then divide the time they give you by 2, you're Timeidated!!!
