If you think the TRF switch being turned off is altering to your habits, try switching off cable TV. I canceled my service April 2012 after yet another increase. The first two months, when I was used to hearing, "Go watch TV; dinner will be ready in 15 minutes..." were the worse.

But I got over it.

No news, no CNN, no sports, no streaming, no broadcast. DVDs from the library and Netflix. Books? Yes.

I agree. There was a big accident close to home a few weeks ago and our internet service was down for 4 hours; I was almost tied and thrown under a passing train by family!
