Two tone 116710

Folks, out of interest, what’s people’s opinions on the two tone 116713 steel & yellow gold?

Saw my first one today and thought it was very appealing

Doesn’t seem to be so hard to get in the AD

Not a fan TBH.

Don't get it just because it's available...Buy it if you LOVE it. IMO.

Yes, totally agree. Just commented on the availability aspect as it surprised me

That's the only thing that should matter when it comes to purchasing a watch for yourself!

I personally love this reference. I think it has a timeless, classic look to it. I already own a LN and have my heart set on a TT CHNR so it won't work for me. But if you love it, go for it!

Love my TT GMT

Also had the Pepsi, white cc Daytona and LV SUB

and the TT is my luxury watch, as the other ones were my day pieces

Think I just like a bit of gold to spice thing up

I love the reference and came close to buying one at one time. The deal didn't work out so it never happened. I much prefer it to the BLNR for example.

Generally I like TT watches, but the bezel numerals on this reference just seemed a bit too ‘yellow’ for my liking. Now the CHNR....that’s a beauty. Rose gold makes all the difference.

I owned one previously and sometimes regret selling it. Wasn’t getting much wrist time after competing with all my other watches, but I think it’s a good-looking piece. I’d buy it again someday if I could get an outstanding deal on it, but I wouldn’t pay full freight for it, personally, because my love for it doesn’t rise to that level, if that makes sense.

love the vintage two tones. don't care as much for the current gen two tones. TT just seems to work on the older models

I think it’s a piece that looks better in person than on the computer screen. Defintely and bumblebee vibe, but looks cool on the wrist. I also like that it’s something different from the usual sub TT.

Not a fan of the busy numbers on the ceramic bezel, but if you like it go for it. I love TT have one as well. (Sub)

It's a good all-around piece. Goes with most any occasion or situation.
If you love the look, pull the trigger. It's a great looking, and bold, watch.

Yes it is appealing especially if you like two tone watches, you may however want to take a look at the CHNR which I find more appealing with steel & RG combination.

The rose gold on the bracelet is very nice, the brown bezel I just can’t really dig

Thanks for the thought though

Had the LN and felt it was missing something, so I said “let’s get some gold.” I found a local gray dealer in LA who had a LNIB for $9k and was setting up the sale. The next day I stopped by an AD to conduct a Run-off between the 116713 and 116613 LB. Well, the rest is history...the LB took the prize. What’s even more interesting is that I was never drawn to the 5 digit LB, but the 6 digit took it too a new level.

Sorry but pink copper colored gold is not as nice as yellow gold in my book. The TT yellow gold GMT ceramic 116713 is a great watch, you won't be sorry go for it.
