How did I make it to 18,000 posts? Only one answer: Jocke

There is only one answer folks, it is all due to my best Swedish friend

I dedicate this celebration thread of reaching 18,000 posts to a legend of TRF, the one and only…. Jocke. I found this recent picture of him and wanted to share this special event Here is to you my friend!

I come onto TRF once week in the middle of the night with a power drill and roll mine back. I like to stay around the 5000 mark.

And of course send out thank you notes and apologies to various people.

Once I met these guys from Jersey, you know what I mean. They actually calculated how long it would take to spin the odometer back on any car. A reversible power drill At that time, would only go about 60 to 70 mph on full speed. So in order to roll back the speedometer you would have to leave the drill running 24 seven for months!

There was a few in the neighborhood that actually tried this! You could hear the drill whining all night……

To their surprise the odometers only rolled back a few hundred miles then stopped….? !

Paul, I have bookmarked Jocke's best "photos" of you in various threads. Tempted to post them all to this thread to have you rebut them, and add another 2000 posts to your count.

Congrats on 18,000!
