Watches & Wonders 2022

Anyone going? What are you looking forward to seeing in the flesh / more reviews of / etc?

My top three are:

1) Laurent Ferrier Sport Auto

2) Czapek Antarctique Chrono Sapphire Blue.

3) Voutilainen Vignt 8 (I hope they have one there).

PS: I'll be there on April 1 if anyone wants to meet up somewhere in Geneva for a cocktail to debrief the exhibits, talk watches. PM me.

The 222 is just speculation at this point right? because of the 45th anniversary? Or has something actually been confirmed?

The 222 still might be the greatest looking bracelet of all time, in my book.

Their IG story on the 22/2 had the 222 bezel and the number 2 as part of the animation - it's as good of a hint as it gets.

It would be great if they brought back the 1832 Jumbo. Still the best looking version IMO.

I will be in Geneva but I'm not invited to W&W. But there is a lot going on in Geneva that week so I have a lot planned meetings
with independents which is a lot more interesting than W&W IMHO.

So there will be a report from my trip.

My guess is they'll prob do a limited run in gold and stainless steel again.

It will be great for the brand though

Oh yes, Rattrapante. Thought there was sth more coming from Czapek in the chrono range.

Has anyone seen renders or photos of this new release as of yet?

Yeah I hear mixed messages. Some saying this year and others next year. Next week we’ll finally know for sure :) Not much info leaks from Switzerland like it does in the tech world.

I usually got invited to see and order their unannounced models in person a year before they are released to public. I asked specifically about it and if I will see it this year I was told to just wait one more year. So I interpreted that as a no for this year. But hey who knows, I don't work in Switzerland.
