I spend a lot of time on the rolex website, and I'm constantly seeing models drop. The miligaus has fallen out of the search category can't find it!!!

Sadness 😔
Wonder if they make the other models with same magnetic resistance or they just don't care about power plant workers and engineers!

Honestly can't tell if you are being funny or serious. Aren't all Omega super magnetic resistance? They don't have a model just for that. It's a problem of old times. My assumption has been that Rolex watches are now just as resistant to magnetism. But someone should correct me.

Being serious. im not to informed about what goes on with other brands. and i belive that the Milgauss can withstand magnetic feilds up to 1000 gauss hence the name mil-gauss. But you are right the other models do to!

I was lucky to pick one up for a little over retail. For over 1 year, I had been on the sh*t list at 2 AD's neither even called to tell its been discontinued. Never trust the AD's they all suck. I bought it a few months before it got discontinued after i got a bad feeling that the AD's were not going to come through.

Fast forward to now, I put my name down for a Starbucks. I have no sales history. I joked around and said well I would have bought the Milgauss from you guys and started a relationship but I never got a call.

I love my Milgauss. i got the 116400GV Black dial. The colors are perfect for fall time. The orange, black, green all work so well this time of year. Prices now are a little high compared to other time only Rolex's. But nothing compares to a Milgauss, its a really unique watch.

I enjoyed mine until it went to my son as a gift. It's a good looking and very interesting watch. Just not in favor now so it was discontinued. If it's a watch you enjoy, find a mint used one and enjoy.

I don't think the Milgauss will ever come back. Rolex has retired the line.

It was a good move. It was definitely EOL.

My AD received a black dial this week, he said he didn't know if it was leftover stock Rolex found and pushed out or if they're returning it silently.

Totally agree, although it's all in the eye of the beholder.

It was one of the last Professionals that remained available to buy from the display before 2019/20. This was probably indicative, and was good news for me.

I always liked it. Especially the color mash up on the Z-Blue.

I wonder how many people bought this $8K watch just because of this. The watch was fat and bland.

Probably true for most Milligauss owners, but I remember seeing Jono Grant wearing one. He is one of three DJ artists with electronic music/EDM group Above and Beyond. He spends a lot of time next to amps and speakers.

To each his own, your opinion is fully okay.
But I don’t think is too fat, perfectly shaped. Furthermore, especially with the GV, orange hand it is not bland.

The Milgauss model might not be available on the Rolex website at the moment, don't worry though, its possible that they're just updating their inventory.

So true

Except the nickname, please keep the name Milgauss (which is a beautiful name, just as the watch itself)
