General Watch Strap Questions

I have some general questions.

1) Can I get recommendations on waterproof straps that look like brown leather?

2) Can I get recommendations on a strap that's similar to a zulu but without all the extra metal loops? I just need a buckle, holes and one belt to hold the extended part.

3) Favorite places to buy straps with the most bang for the buck? High quality with great deals?

I've had good luck with Hirsch straps. Many of their straps are 100m water resistant. Here's a photo of mine, midnight blue.
