what are the chances!! REUNITED WITH MY SUB!!!
as most of you know. I had to sell quite a few watches to help with family. well...I sold my beloved 14060m to a local fellow....and today I stopped by a very nice jewelery store that I know deals in pre-owned rolex...had a look around and saw a 14060m sitting in the case....I knew one day Id own her again...so I asked to try it on...the gentleman was more than happy to show me his lineup...so i asked what serial..he said "z"..and i explained the story to him...and he said.."well...one day you will get her back...good things come back"...I asked him what he wanted for it..and when he gave me his price...my jaw dropped...and i said " let me make a transfer..."...I asked where he got the watch and said " a man had come in and wanted to get rid of it..." and it had box and papers...I asked to see the box and papers....and I almost lost it...I literally had tears in my eyes...there on the paperwork...was MY NAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it was MY SUB!!!!!!!!!!! i told him THAT IS "HER"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and he ever so politely made me an offer I could not refuse!!!!!!!!!!! I brought her HOME!!!!!!!!! will take photos of her as soon as the d40 charges!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i still cant believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!! man...i am in shock...this world works in mysterious ways...I really CANNOT believe it! this is stuff that happens in movies...not to me!
