Hi,
My name is Joe White and I'm a watchaholic. I'm fasinated by all tool watches, particularly pilot watches - my father used to fly and I have flown some. My fasination with Rolex began with, who else, Jame Bond and Ian Fleming's obscure reference to Bond using his Rolex as a "knuckle duster." I'm more intersted in vintage Rolex because I find the cases to be more graceful and the dials more interesting. Currently I have seven vintage Rolex in my collection that range from a 40s Speed King to a 96 OQ (okay, not really vintage, but no longer made). My next "planned" purchase is a 1016 Explorer 1 on a rivet bracelet. In addition to Rolex, I have Omegas, Accutron Astronauts, Gruen Pan Ams, Longines, Fortis, and a variety of military issue.
Regards,
Joe

Welcome Joe!
Would love to see some pics. I too have a fondness for aviator watches. Wear my 1980 vintage 16750 almost daily. Have a 69 vintage pre-moon Speedmaster Pro as well and a bunch of various military watches that I have been issued over the years.
