You might have to use a VPN and check for the prices on the Patek website. VAT is fine if you’re a tourist

I was in Munich, Germany and asked if they gave a discount for the same model but different dial and strap. The AD said it is a popular watch. Hence, no discount given on that model. I'm not sure about France, as the demand in every country is different. Good luck!

There is only 2 Patek Philippe ADs in France. Both located in Paris. One is Wempe, don’t know if you can get a discount. The other one are the Paris Salons. You will definitely not get a discount there, but you might get many goodies, an invitation to visit the manufacture and museum in Geneva and much more. But no discount.

The AD in Brussels (which is 1h17 from Paris in train) is outstanding. I'm almost sure that you will get a discount. I always gets one ...

MSRP in Belgium is 45.541€ incl. VAT thus 37.637 excl. VAT

I was at WEMPE a few days ago. I was told that they don't offer discounts if you don't have a purchase history or if it is a popular model. Hope this helps!
