Thoughts, reactions? pros / cons?
After a long duration of collecting 'travas, complications and dress pieces, I thought it would be fun to get something a little more of an "occasion" piece.

I'm a little concerned about how big and flashy this might be. Any current owner thoughts? pics welcome.

Fantastic piece. Very flashy, but beautiful. A real statement piece. If you can get it, a no brainer in my opinion. But for many occasions, too flashy imo. I don’t wear it often. Great for upscale beach holidays.

I had a chance to wear one for an hour (someone I know has one), and it is absolutely stunning in person! Wears pretty heavy obviously since it's RG, but incredible wrist presence. Also, the blue dial is BEYOND anything pictures can realistically capture, especially in the sun. If I could get one at MSRP, I would 100% get it!!! Current market is $400k+ for it, which is crazy.

I always wondering... Who's paying these absurd prices? (Except for the random one-offs here and there at auctions.)

It continues to feel like simply price manipulation by the greys.

Thanks for the advice and nice pic. I’m sold as upscale holiday is one of the primary use cases.
