New 15300OR Question
Hi Guys,
I just picked up this 15300or from ddperez1 on watchuseek. It didnt come with box or papers. Im a little surprised by the size of the case. It looks more like 37mm. It came with both the original leather strap with AP buckle and on a fully rose gold bracelet. I know they come originally with the leather strap on. How can i find out what model i have and what year it was made? Thanks Brandon

shape wise it looks like a 39 but it's pretty hard to tell in a photo like that with no reference point. do you have any other watches to compare it with?

I suppose you could count the squares and compare them to images of other 15300 on the internet, if you want to be really sure

Can't you add the serial to your AP online profile and it'll all come up?

The reason i dont just measure it myself is that im not sure the proper way to measure the case? Do i just measure the dial? Where on the case do i start and finish? Do i measure the front or back of the watch? Thanks

My guess is that yours is a 39mm where it shows 22 Grande Tapisserie across from 9 o'clock to 3 o'clock position. 37mm only has 20.
39mm case is 50mm lug to lug or 54mm plot to plot. |

That is a 39mm 15300OR.
You'd need to apply for the archives to get the full details on what year it was made, etc. Shouldn't take longer than 2 weeks to get them. Congrats! |

That is a 15300OR. It never came on a bracelet from the factory. It was never an option. The bracelet was added later on.
https://www.audemarspiguet.com/com/e...D088CR.02.html Also, this watch was passed around through 4-5 dealers over the last 1.5 years. Material Good in NY had it. I know the watch well. |

Its 39mm for sure. In my opinion the 15300 is the best RO ever made behind the jumbo. As others have said it originally came on the strap. My guess its either an F or G serial. An internet search should give you an idea of what years its from based on the serial letter.
An AP boutique will be able to get you an extract. Congrats on the watch its a beauty! |

Hey,
Got the watch checked out at ABC watchwerks in LA. Watch is all good. All my worries are gone. Refer to people above. I know it didn't come from the factory with a bracelet. I have the strap as well in the sale.
