How to remove?

Hi all. I just got my Chopard back from my jeweler. I took it there to have the case cleaned. On the glass it has a fog that I cant get off. Any idea what it is? Can it be removed and how?

I am going to take it in tomorrow if I can't find an easy fix. Any help would be appreciated!

Ash

Is it under the glass, if so, that's not good!

Send it back with photos and a well written report.

If Chopard is as good as they say, you should have no issues.

Yeah, I was just trying to avoid the weeks without the watch!

It's is so strange! Looks like when you have a fingerprint on the glass and looks blurry from one angle and normal from another. I am thinking whatever they use to polish has gotten on the glass and polished in, if that even makes sense!
