My most significant incoming, totally in love!

My first love is the 5726, I tried this on in 2014 and fell in love, perfect symmetry, annual calendar complication which I appreciate and the two part classic case construction. I couldn't afford it at the time and as prices went crazy I thought I would never own.

It's the one I put my name down for first when I got the opportunity to do so but even then, my most wanted complications were travel time and chronograph, the 5990 was THE one, but I could only dream... then it was discontinued and my dreams ended.

Fast forward October this year and the bombshell dropped, its back but not with the slate grey dial but with a blue black graduated dial that was unique and warm and just gorgeous. I struggled to sleep the night I saw this presented to me on a large projector. Would I ever own one... today my prayers were answered

Its incredibly comfortable and smooth to operate both the chronograph and travel time complications, the dial is just mesmerising. Feel a bit overwhelmed and very grateful for the circumstances that led to this and the very kind and generously spirited people that made this happen.

Enjoy the pics:

Wow, killer watch. Congratulations!
I really like that they made this model with the blue dial we’ve all come to love on the Nautilus

Amazing watch, congrats:).
Really hoping my AD comes through with one for me soon but given they already got me a 5226 I’m not sure they will.

The Nautilus line is very successful and there are strong reasons why. I'm glad to see how much you like it, this new 5990 is a fantastic version indeed. Enjoy it well :)

Excellent...HUGE congratulations.
I was just yesterday given option for 5990/1a or 5740/1G for 2023 allocation

5740 is little out of budget but i love the dial and how thin it is.

on opposite end, i am concerned with thickness so can you please share your thoughts on wearablity and wrist feel

Ideally, my favorite is 5712/1a but sadly that is not an option anymore (i had one but sold it when a the peak of bubble as i wasn't comfortable wearing a $200k watch at the time).

Beautiful! I wasn't aware they changed this one as well.

The size is still the same right?
