A cease on the dial of PO liquid metal 1948

I found a listing of PO LM(2010) on the website, so I make an appointment with the seller for the inspection and I found out that there is some mark(like a cease or crack on the dial) that appear from marker 2 to marker 8. The seller insist with me that the watch is fine and never been opened for a service as red dot still appear on the case. Has anyone here have and experience for that kind of some mark on the black glossy dial before? Is that normal for an almost 10 yrs old ceramic dial watch?

Ps. sorry that I didnt have a photo to clarify my question.
