7118 crown

I am having a little trouble tightening the crown of my wife's 7118. It just keeps turning and turning. Granted it's a very tiny crown for my stubby fingers. I'm just worried something might be wrong. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure it's fitted with a screw down crown?

On the Patek website "screw down crown" is specifically listed in the 5711 description but is nowhere to be found in the 7118 description.

I've never handled this watch so I can't really say. Just a thought.

Keep in mind the AP jumbo 15202 is WR to 50m but does not have a screw down crown.

Bought my wife a blue dial 7118. The crown does NOT screw down ~ push-in only.
