Will Orient be in the Seiko forum?
I believe it is a subsidiary.

You can talk about them here - Credor, Lorus and Pulsar, too, I guess, - but I don't think we will be searching the forums to bring over all the previous threads talking about those and any other sub brands.

Anything Seiko Group should be OK.
Although Citizen is kinda like the Omega to Seiko if Seiko were Rolex. Good question. Last edited by Chewbacca; 30 March 2018 at 10:41 AM.. Reason: Adam the Mod kinda answered the question. |

But we talk about Oyster Watch Co, Unicorn, Turtle Timer and those obscure old Rolex sub brands in the Vintage Rolex forum, so it's all good

Started with Orient from my travels and when I first thought of buying mechanical watches, so have a lot of affection and nostalgia for the brand. Not sure how their in-house movements compare with Seiko's, but they do have some interesting and affordable offerings that can be added "just because". Hope they are covered here.
