Frustrated!! Rolex Submariner 114060
Hello All,
Only place I can turn to vent on "first world problems" :) I purchased my first Rolex, less than a year ago and was losing significant amount of time; like hours or would just stop randomly. I would wear it everyday and wind on weekends. I took it back to my AD and they sent it back to dallas under warranty. Its been gone for 4 weeks and when I called today it looks like it may be another few weeks. Does it typically take this long? Like can I get a spare? Anything else I can do? Is there a way to escalate? Thanks in advance...... |

Cartier does (or at least did) service 'loaners.' Rolex does not. Hopefully they get it sorted out soon for you though - good luck!

Sometimes 6 to 8 weeks. They don't seem to be in a rush.

I have taken a few pieces to the Dallas center. Usually, about 2 to 4 week turn time. They do a great job...been worth the wait in my case.

You all are great. Yes I definitely need another one. I was thinking about the two tone, Date-just fluted bezel; its a classic!
I'll be patient you just get used to looking down and your wrist and smiling :) |

Wishful thinking... What if... The AD or RSC gives customers a "loaner" watch while ours are in the shop? Luxury auto dealerships do that. So why not luxury watch dealers too?

So I called Dallas and asked about that; if you are local they give you a Tudor to wear until your watch is fixed.
But again this is only for locals |
