Jubilee on GMT
Guys,
I asked my local AD to order in a 63200 super jubilee for my T serial number 16700 GMT. So he dutifully wrote down the model and serial number of my watch and sent the request off to Rolex Canada to which they responded with, "we will not send out this bracelet, as it does not fit this watch". Now what I would like to know is if they are correct in that it will not physically fit, or they simply won't send it out due to the fact that it was never sold on this model. I have a sneaking hunch it is the later. If any of you kind souls could shed some light on this, I would be most appreciative. Cheers Alan

The most important answer is Rolex will not sell a bracelet that didn't originally go on that watch. Not sure if it would fit or not. Many, including me, have used the super jubilee on 16710's. The fit is not absolutely perfect as the bottom of the SEL's are not flush with the case back [no biggie] and the ever so tiny gap hidden by the bezel overhang [again, no biggie]. Too small to see, imho. If the case and lug hole placement are the same for both references you might be in luck. dP

The 16700 and the 16710 are exactly the same.. The Jubilee will have the same fit..
