A 2005 Zenith Daytona?
http://cgi.ebay.ca/Rolex-Zenith-Dayt...item335aaf4e6c
I may be wrong but, didn't Rolex in 2000 replace the Zenith movement with current in house? Same seller had already sold this 5513 but, I don't like the serial # what do you think? |

Must be a typo , on documents and the service papers it states U-reg ( '97) but serviced in 2005 that is Ok for zenith equipped Daytona
However I do not like the modern style US issued green barcode tag ,with a UK watch ... red flag for me ! |

Can't see anything wrong with that. It's a 1998 watch serviced in 2005. Service papers, original papers and tag serials all match.
What more do you all want to see? |

I don't see anything wrong with the auction or the seller. The poster of this thread included pics(of a 5513) that have nothing to do with this.

Auction looks ok to me.... If I was thinking about buying this piece I would want to see pics of the serial to make sure it matches the paperwork.

Not sure exactly when they appeared tbh. I've never seen fake one's though that look right like that. The watch is a US watch btw, not UK.

The watch itself may be legit, but NOT from 2005.

My bad on the mix of pictures.. I caught the 5513's serial first and that was all wrong... but since it had been sold I looked further... Sorry for the confusion.

I agree on the 5513. The model and serial number stampings look 100% genuine.

Scratching my head thinking didn't realize the 1st # the 8 looks so etched by an individual with not a steady hand and with different hardness of point as it was just dinging the surface almost like vertical infinity symbol. I'll be pulling my neck back in and be on my way. Sorry for all the confusion, I'll continue to allow the experts do the checks. Have a nice day and again my apology.
