Rolex Datejust 16200 vs. 116200 different hands?

Hi All,
I have a circa 2005 Rolex Datejust 16200. I just purchased a newer 116200 Silver dial for it because I like the lumed indices on the newer model but not the case size of the newer model.

Now that I have the 16200 + 116200 dial. To complete the look I am not sure if I absolutely need the newer hands too?

Are the 16200 much thinner than newer hands on 116200?

Thank you,
bigC

I don't understand.

Keep the 16200 you seem to like best. But leave it as it is, in its original form.
