Rolex now shows PM prices on site (US)

I was just browsing the Rolex site and noticed that the PM pieces now show prices, I know in some other markets this was always always the case but not in the US. I wonder if there are markets left that still show the price upon request for the pm timepieces.

It's been like this for a few days now. It's pretty nice though to know the prices.

I think it’s a process step in the broader Rolex strategy.

Even stranger, there is no price for the Platinum Day-Date. Same for the Platona. So Rolex is now listing the prices for gold but not platinum. What a weird choice.

They seem to have updated their website, it’s much more interactive now. Just browsed the GMT II line and its way more intuitive!

of what? Giving as much relevant info on pricing as the forum already provides?

I was just checking the prices ... the 36mm Day Date platinum price is there. Maybe it’s a $60,000 threshold.

yep. There is a limit. It varies by market but in general the threshold is whatever that country's definition of "if you have to ask you cant afford it" is.

Nice to know for future planning now I’ll need to sell a kidney or win the lottery to purchase a PM watch!

They need to change the price list for the professional models to read “N/A”

Perhaps buying online directly? Might take a few years but entirely plausible.
