Follow-up w/ Timing-- Thoughts Appreciated

Ok, so I wanted to follow-up with all you Risti's regarding my 190. I took your advice and placed it face down, as well as face up to see what the affect would be.

On a full wind I'm -8 seconds per day face down and -5 seconds per day face up.

Since I'm still under warranty until November, I'm thinking about a service. Would you do it?

Thanks for your input.

Im with Tui , would not worry about this, i normally only service my watches once every 5 years , if its keeps within 10 sec's.

Just because I am a freak... I would probably send it in. Under warranty and manufacturer doing it... I would do it or hold off until Oct... and see if it improves along the way. Then decide?

If my Rolex was that far off, I'd take it in to be regulated (when it is outside of COSC), especially under warranty.

...Well as was said in another thread I posted on this topic: It is a $10k watch w/ a JLC movement and it should act like one. That's my thought at least.

If you have other watches to wear then go for it, for me i only send off if it's really needed as i hate being without the PAM for 3 months, but if you have others that you wear then it might be worth getting it looked over, regulated and cleaned.

Id send it in without a doubt....
Its under warranty, get them to take care of it.
It may take time but they will make you happy in the
long run.

I would send it in 4 sure. It is a 10k watch with a JLC movement for Pete's pants!

You shouldn't have to send it in just to be regulated, my Panerai AD and an authorized watch tech on staff and can regualte a watch there in under 10 minutes. If it does have to be sent in I would do it as that's just not right, my 111 is only adding about 1 second a day and that was only $4600, I would expect a $10k watch to be as equally accurate.
