New 3861 Sapphire

I've been wanting this watch since it came out in 2021. I turn 40 this Friday so I finally pulled the trigger and it came in last Friday, a week early.

This is my first Speedmaster and am blown away by the quality for the money. The sapphire was the only one I really considered, and I have no regrets. Normally I could care less about an exhibition case back, but in this case it is really nice seeing the movement. I also like the pop of the polished center links.

Unfortunately, I didn't get the adjustable clasp, but honestly, it fits so nice anyway I don't think I really need it. Although, maybe my tune will change after wearing it more.
