Horrible experience trying to buy from Shreve, Crump & Low

I contacted them using their website to inquire about a Blancpain watch, but they only texted me back after 2 days. I had to call their store in Boston, and I was introduced to this salesman Jared and we agreed a deal. After that, another salesman from their store contacted me offering the watch with a much better price. Jared said he would “work” with me on the price, but the deal he gave me was not good enough. He said that this watch is really hot and they received offers higher than mine but I am a returning customer so they let me have it (classic sleazy sales strategy). I did not like the price he quoted me so I walked away. A few days after, he texted me to agree to my price. Guess what, the next day he texted me saying the watch is sold to his manager client even though we already agreed to a deal the day before. They will just go back on a deal if they feel like they can get more money. I have bought from them before and this is how they treat their returning customer.
