Has anyone had their Rolex serviced by....

Mark Sirianni and if so what were your inpressions. Please don't hijack the thread with "I would only use RSC". If that is your opinion I respect that but please only comments from people who have used Mark. Thanks.

There's a watchmaker who advertises on rolexreferencepage...his picture is on the bottom of the homepage...He's in your part of the country (I think), and I've used him with great results...

I recently had a watch serviced by him and had a few issues with the service. His website is a bit misleading, since he states "All overhaul prices include return shipping", but that's not the case as there is an additional charge for return shipping. In my case, that money paid for a poorly packaged priority mail box with minimum insurance (about 20% of what the watch sells for on ebay). Most of the shipping charge went right into his pocket. Also, the overhaul price includes buffing of the watch case but my watch was not buffed in fact when I received it had scrape marks on the case back.

As to the service, the watch is running fine right now and hopefully will continue to do so for the remainder of the warranty, as I would not want to send it back to him.

Other than money, why not just send your watch to Rolex ?? Then you'll be sure !

You should not expect an "RSC equivalent" service level job, or genuine Rolex replacement parts, or rated water resistance testing, or secure re-ship packaging, etc., for only $150.
