3572.50 Serial info
Hi Guys,
I'm about to purchase a 3572.50 speedy pro and have a few questions: Does the serial on lug and movement need to match the warranty card number? Are they all the same number? Thanks! |

They should match unless it's been swapped at some point (movement/case).

Thanks, thats what I thought. Might pass on this one as it seems the movement number doesn't match the lug and the warranty card seems to miss a digit in the number also...

I just purchased one from a dealer & the warranty card states the Reff number along with serial number listed right beneath it, dated 8/99. All I received was the watch itself, 13 links, inner outer boxes and warranty card.

Does the number on the lug match the one on the movement bridge?

I’m not sure where to look, all I have is the 8/99 dated warranty card showing Reff number and matching serial number to underneath of case lug area. I do own a Loupe and was trying to look at the underside just now but don’t know where to look. However I am seeing my R service guy tomorrow to pick up my newly serviced 16710A & will ask him then.

They should match, mismatched ref numbers would be an alarming sign of fake/franken watch, and if the seller did not disclose that, I would personally think the seller is less trustable.

Congrats on finding another. My watch maker confirmed the number does match the same on the movement bridge 48407XXX. And it’s running +7 according to his time grapher.
