Damn, he has to be hard up for cash if he’s resorted to flipping watches.

I could write Mickey Mouse on a warranty card, doesn't mean the mouse owned it.

Just what I thought.

I've left a lot of money on the table! At the rate I flip watches I could have made a killing with star names.

When I bought my last watch, my AD got me to write my name on the card myself.

Like an idiot I obligingly wrote my actual name. If only I’d been quicker on the draw I could’ve written “Elizabeth Windsor” on the card, flogged the Queen’s Rolex on eBay the next day and now I’d be a millionaire. Damn.

Actually scratch that, it wouldn’t work because the AD kept the bloody card. Next time Rodders.

You can write whatever you want on the card. There was a patek 5208P that some guy had Vladdy Putin written on. Tried to sell it for a premium and it was discovered to be bullsht.

I thought it was funny. I’m surprised anyone cares about a watch that may have been previously owned by that guy. He’s not a good guy so who cares?

I don't know the guy so can't comment but his catalogue of poor life style choices are his prerogative and doesn't necessarily mean he's a bad person....it's of no consequence to either you or me...x

He is literally being sued by several women for intentionally exposing them to HIV. If that does not meet the definition of a bad person, then I do not know who does.

If you really want to know contact the seller, confirm that is the name on the card and then pay 300 bucks to contact charlies through that cameo app. A member here brian did it to confirm his patek 5065 and it was pretty epic. You get a ~30 sec video response from him lol

Only just over a week ago according to the warranty card so the dealer must be holding onto the card you'd think...

Absolutely love that idea! That would be a cool/fun stuff to include with a watch for sale.
