What have you looked at?
What have you tried on? What is the budget? What else do you own?

You could also branch out beyond Rolex and get a Lange as they only make them in precious metals. |

Then, that's the one! ;-) Although, I didn't realize that Rolex offers the olive green with YG....I thought it was with the rose gold and white gold only? If you want YG and green, I prefer the Daytona to the GMT: But, if what you want is a DD40 in YG, I find the silver dial to be the best option: Alternatively, in YG, I'd also consider the following two options: In WG, I think this is the best option: If the budget permits, there's always platinum: I would be happy with any of those, or an SD50. |

I don't think the DD40 comes with the green dial in YG, but RG is amazing. |

DD40 is the obvious choice, regardless of color in this situation, IMO. |

My top three choices would be (in no particular order):
116619lb 228235 (Olive dial) Platona I've tried on all three at my AD and they're all spectacular in their own way. If you forced me to choose, I'd probably go with the LB, because it's understated. But you really can't go wrong with any of them.

I would go either DD40 or 18k sub.

I got this for my 50th. Very appropriate for the “Golden” birthday. That would be my pick.

I'd say the WG Sub (116619LB) or possibly the WG GMT (116719BLRO). You could also go the WG Daytona route, the grey dial (bracelet or Oysterflex) specifically.
