The Masters 2018...my fav time of year!
I was reading that Tiger Woods is one of the top eight fav's to win the Masters this year WTH! Johnson or Spieth yes but Woods? With all his personnel problems Im surprised he is doing as well as he is.
I wish my Tudor Tiger Chrono would go up in value more speaking of Tiger. Picks to win the Masters? |

I have a few good friends in the Augusta area. They normally come through with a free ticket or two. I would love to see Tiger inside the top 10 after Saturday's round. It would make for an interesting Sunday.

I was there in 2010 to see Tiger's attempt at coming back. Glad to see Mickelson win it. I would like to see Justin Thomas continue his hot streak but would love to see Rickie with a major. Always cool to see how excited he is for Spieth and Thomas but deserves one himself.

The Masters has more positive stories heading into it this year than we've seen in awhile. All the good young players as well as Tiger and Phil playing the best they have in several seasons.

Justin Thomas has been on fire and Phil is ramping up. I’d go with either for the win.

Vegas, with very little surprise, is favoring Jason Day, Jordan Spieth and Rory McIlroy. They are all big big hitters, ok Spieth can't match the other two, but it's amazing his distance given his slight frame. But in addition to their distance they are also really good scramblers when they go astray. That's been lefty's game all along Tiger too. But you really have to have everything dialed in to be in contention in the late rounds of the masters. So Phil is looking good as is JT, but who's lurking, who is backing off their schedule to make sure they are rested and ready for the grind... Dustin maybe? He's my pick. Maybe Buba, They both have the game for Augusta National, its all a matter of keeping their squashes in the game. I see Tiger making a run but for him even to be close at the end of Saturday's round would be a HUGE story!

So does CBS...
(here in US they own broadcasting rights). This would be the best chance - next year the course will be longer and harder. Both Tiger and Phil would have harder time in 2019 assuming they stay healthy in mind and body.

I'd take DJ and Jordan with a push from Tiger on Sunday.

Several guys playing consistently well. JT is red hot. Phil has been consistently good this year and finally got another win. DJ is DJ and when on can beat them all. Bubba has been playing well recently and loves Augusta. Spieth fares well there too. Needs to avoid the one bad bad bad hole. He would have won 3 in a row, less one hole each year. When he wrecks there, he wrecks good.
Tiger has looked really good at times, but not sure he can maintain 4 days. Smart money would be on JT. Rooting for Phil though.

Was there for the final round last year. The best golf course I have ever seen in regards to beauty. The best run tournament with very reasonable food and drink prices. Also got to see Matt Kuchars hole in one, wonderful memories.

Thanks buddy, Cameron kit this year is top notch. Has a real nice Sunday bag that’s black/lime that is worth the $99 alone. Headcover, ball marker, shaft band, shirt collar pin were a solid bonus. I was very happy.

It’s hard not to be cheering for Phil at the Masters
As for the young guns ... Justin Thomas has been playing lights out for almost two full seasons now... he’s hard to ignore. My dark horse Louis Oosthuizen |
