Need help with my marks on my crystal case
Hi guys, I just received my pre-owned PAM0320 from Jomashop. I am loving this timepiece but there is some sort of either moisturized fogging or some AR coating that had gone bad. I definitely could not clean it with just some wet cloth (haven't really tried the Cape Cod but afaik it's just for scratch polishing). I could ship it back to them to clean it up but it will take some time and pretty costly with the insurance etc. Attached are some pictures on what I am seeing and they are even more noticeable in person. Would really really appreciate help and advices on how I can remove these myself.

Definitely looks like either a smudge on the inside of the crystal or an issue with the AR coating (if applicable). If that made it past QC at Jomas shop I would be concerned with other parts of the watch you can't see as well. I would either return it or send it to Panerai for a full service to be sure everything is up to spec.
